Amigos Coffee Loyalty Card Programme Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Amigos Coffee loyalty card programme hosted at
amigoscoffee.com/loyalty.
By taking part in the loyalty card programme, customers agree to the following terms.
1. How the loyalty card works
Customers will receive one stamp on their Amigos Coffee loyalty card for every
hot drink purchased from Amigos Coffee.
Once a customer has collected 8 valid stamps, they will be entitled to receive their
9th drink free.
2. Free drink entitlement
The free drink may be redeemed against any regular-sized coffee bar drink.
The free drink does not apply to large drinks, bottled drinks, canned drinks, food items, retail products,
special promotional items, or any other product unless expressly agreed by Amigos Coffee Ltd.
Extras, additions, syrups, alternative milks, toppings, or other customisations may be charged separately
at the discretion of Amigos Coffee Ltd.
3. Valid loyalty cards
Only the current Amigos Coffee loyalty cards are valid.
Old green loyalty cards are no longer valid and will not be accepted. Only the new green loyalty cards will be accepted.
Amigos Coffee Ltd reserves the right to refuse any loyalty card that appears to be damaged, altered,
copied, tampered with, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
4. Non-transferable cards
Loyalty cards are non-transferable.
Stamps may only be collected and redeemed by the individual customer who earned them. Loyalty cards may
not be sold, exchanged, shared, transferred, or combined with another customer’s card.
Amigos Coffee Ltd reserves the right to refuse redemption where it reasonably believes a card has been
transferred, misused, or used contrary to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Collecting stamps
A stamp can only be issued at the time of purchase.
Stamps cannot be added retrospectively if a customer forgets to present their loyalty card when purchasing
a hot drink.
Only one stamp will be issued per qualifying hot drink purchased.
No cash alternative is available for stamps, completed loyalty cards, or free drinks.
6. Redeeming a completed card
A completed loyalty card with 8 valid stamps must be presented at the time of redemption.
Once the free drink has been claimed, the completed card may be retained by Amigos Coffee Ltd or marked
as redeemed.
Free drink redemptions cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift vouchers, or any other product.
7. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards
Amigos Coffee Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced loyalty cards.
Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced, and any stamps collected on them cannot be transferred to a new card.
8. Misuse of the programme
Amigos Coffee Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, refuse, or cancel any loyalty card where it believes the
programme has been misused.
This includes, but is not limited to, attempted fraud, duplicate cards, forged stamps, altered cards, or cards
used by someone other than the customer who collected the stamps.
9. Availability
The loyalty card programme is subject to availability and may be paused, withdrawn, amended, or cancelled
at any time.
Amigos Coffee Ltd reserves the right to refuse stamps or redemptions where stock, operational circumstances,
or other business needs reasonably require it.
10. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
Amigos Coffee Ltd may change, update, suspend, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions, or the loyalty card
programme itself, at any time without notice.
The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will be published at
amigoscoffee.com/loyalty.
11. Promoter
The loyalty card programme is operated by Amigos Coffee Ltd.
12. General
Amigos Coffee Ltd’s decision in relation to any aspect of the loyalty card programme is final.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
